Pealkiri: FRESKO WORKSHOP
Kirjeldus: 2.-5. jaanuaril 2018 toimus muinsuskaitse osakonnas workshop "Theoretical and methodological issues of mural painting conservation", mida juhendas Roomas resideeruv suure rahvusvahelise kogemusega seinamaalingute konservaator Werner Schmid.
Workshopi praktiline osa toimus EKA uue maja ehitustandril, meie endi tulevastes stuudiotes, mille seinad maaliti täis ajalooliste freskode koopiaid. Maalingud algavad etruskidest ning liiguvad läbi kõikide ajalooliste perioodide kuni barokini välja. Lisaks klassikalisele lääne kunstile on seintele jäädvustatud ka Sri Lanka mulla- ja savikihile kummiaraabikumiga tehtud maalingud ning meie enda keskaegsete kirikute freskonäiteid (Karja, Pöide). Kõik koopiad (kokku ligi 20) on tehniliselt üles ehitatud võimalikult autentselt, sest teatavasti kasutas iga ajalooetapp erinevat seinamaalide teostamise viisi.
Toimumisaeg: 02.01.2018 - 05.01.2018
